Cabin two: 4 Person Lake District Cabin Stay

Enjoy a Lake District stay in one of our two pine log cabins. With a south facing position on Snittlegarth Farm the views up to the fells are spectacular. Our log cabins are secluded in a very quiet area with an abundance of British wildlife all around. Stay in the woodland alongside red squirrels, roe deer, garden birds and a variety of farm animals. Enjoy walking around the area or just enjoying the peace and quiet.

HONISTER SLATE MINE

Honister is home to adventure in the Lake District. Climb in the mines or scramble on the Via Ferrata tightrope with spectacular views down Honister Pass of Buttermere.

WHINLATTER FORREST

Whinlatter is home to stunning views, fantastic walks, exhilarating mountain biking, rare wildlife and adventure play. Enjoy a family Segway activity or Go Ape. Explore the forests with many events taking place such as Nature’s Nightlife guided walk.

POW HEADS FARM MEAT

Local on farm butchery with a fantastic range of meats, such as burgers, sausages, bacon, steaks, chicken, duck and much more which is all slaughtered and processed on a local Lake District family farm.
